This system replaces your weak factory steering with massive USA-made DOM steel tubing—1.75” x .188 wall for the tie rod and 1.5” x .250 wall for the drag link—built to take abuse without bending or breaking. Heavy-duty single plane tie rod ends eliminate the dreaded tie rod "flop," improving steering precision and eliminating that sloppy, wandering feel. Designed for stock or lifted trucks alike, this kit is the strongest, most dependable upgrade available for Ram steering. Offered as a steering linkage only, or with your choice of single or dual steering stabilizers, you can custom fit your kit to your needs!  Tame your front end and drive with confidence - on the highway, the jobsite, or deep off the beaten path.

Notes:

• Replacement Tie Rod Ends: 
  • Drag Link: 4134-L and 4160-L
  • Tie Rod: 4138-L and 4168-L
• New single plane tie rod end - part number 4168-L - is not compatible with the metal misalignment caps (part number 4134-02)
  • If upgrading to the new single plane tie rod end on older model tie rods that include the metal caps, the opposing tie rod end will require a new poly boot part number 4131-01
  • If the cotter pin does not engage the castle nut upon install, a washer is required; Washer may not be required on all knuckles depending on casting differences and wear
• Recommended Fox Steering Stabilizers:
  • IFP - Internal Floating Piston - 6401-01
  • TS - Through Shaft - 6402-11
  • ATS - Adjustable Through Shaft - 6403-11
• Additional steering stabilizer options are the KING 2.0 or KING 2.5 Performance Series stabilizers
• Synergy High Performance Grease part number 4119 is recommended to be used with all tie rod ends
• Steering Stabilizer Clamp part number 4050-75 required to retain steering stabilizer
• Synergy Premium Copper Infused Anti-Seize part number 4118 to be used with all threaded components
