The Synergy Jeep JK, LJ, TJ, XJ, ZJ D30/44 Inner Axle Sleeve Kit is designed to increase the strength of the front Dana 30 / 44 axle housings that are prone to bending when larger off road tires are installed. Have confidence in your axle while offroad without having to spend thousands! Pair this with our Synergy Inner C Gussets and our Dana 30 or Dana 44 Front Axle Truss Kits for a tough, trustworthy axle for all your adventures.

  • Machined OD to fit snugly into the stock axle housing
  • Heavy duty DOM tubing fits tightly into axle tubes to provide unbeatable support without unnecessary movement

Features:

  • Precision engineered from 2.0" x 0.250 wall 1026 DOM Tubing (1.50" ID)
  • Snug fit in axle tube to ensure they maintain their position without slippage or vibration

(1) Driver Side Inner Axle Sleeve
(1) Passener Side Inner Axle Sleeve


Notes:

  • Stock axle housings must be drilled and plug welded for installation; We recommend all welding be done by an experienced welder / fabricator
  • Recommended to be used with the Jeep Inner C Gusset Kit and D30 / 35 / 44 Lower Control Arm Skid Plates
  • Axle sleeves are not compatible with vacuum operated axle disconnect housings (1984-1991 Jeep XJ)
  • This kit contains sleeves long enough to fit several applications; Trimming my be required for fitment on applications other than the JK Dana 30
  • Inner Axle Sleeves are NOT compatible with the Jeep JK Rubicon Recon models due to thicker axle tube housings
