The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

2019 - 2022 Dodge Ram 1500
Product Name: Carli Suspension Coils/Rear/Heavy Duty 19-22 Dodge RAM 1500 Manufacturer: Carli Suspension Manufacturer Part #: CS-RAM15MRC-RBL-19-R-HD Thoroughbred Diesel Part #: CLICS-RAM15MRC-RBL-19-R-HD
The LONG awaited HD Coil has arrived. In our (seemingly) never-ending pursuit of perfecting the new 1500s, we now have our standard 1500 rear spring, the Rebel Rear Spring and, thanks to this truck, our Rebel HD spring. Below, you'll see a side-by-side shot of all three springs offered; initial spring rate is orange, secondary spring rate is gray.
This customer's Rebel is equipped with BOTH the Multi-Funtion Tailgate and Rambox. These options add a few hundred pounds to the already heavier Rebel platform. With our standard Rebel Springs, the customer sat slightly rear low.
The "HD" Coils were designed with the intent that a Rebel WITHOUT the MFT or Rambox could carry 500lbs of constant cargo (Rack and RTT, tools, etc.) thus, it would only make sense that a Rebel with these options (equating to an additional 300+ lbs) would sit better with the extra spring rate. We installed them and the truck sat perfect! Keep in mind, the customer had around 70lbs in the Ramboxes, as well.
The HD Coils gave this customer 1.25" more lift and, subsequently, 1.25" more up-travel than the standard Rebel coils. Measuring at the wheel wells the truck sits about 1/2" rear high. Asking the customer to comment on the ride after the installation of the new coils, this is what he had to say:
I have about 100 miles on it already. I was surprised at how much I could tell the difference. When taking a big dip on the freeway the back end would squat like it was under sprung (it was!). That is completely gone now. The difference was immediately noticeable in a good way. I also didn't think I would be able to tell much difference visually in person. Again, I was surprised with how frequently I notice it when approaching the truck. I'm quite pleased. I'm looking forward to seeing the difference when the truck is loaded down with camping gear offroad or when towing the Patriot Campers trailer. "“ Josh

Just for fun, we loaded it with 500lbs. This only dropped the rear 1".
We accomplished what we set out to achieve; a coil spring for nearly every application. We're not providing specific metrics for each truck; we've done sufficient testing here to demonstrate the capability and suitable application for each offering.
Which spring best suits your build/application should be pretty easy to decipher but, if you have any questions, shoot an email and pictures of the build with estimated weights to [email protected] and we'll be happy to help where we can!
