That is a leakdown. What you want to do there is to park the truck nose downhill one night, then nose uphill one night. If the truck hard starts with the nose downhill, we know the leakdown is at the tank, or lines from the fulcrum back. If it hard starts with the nose uphill, we know its closer to the engine. Traditionally what we find is that the return lines are leaking. Hard starts can be a nightmare to find. With a little vacuum diagnosing you will track down your issue.
