How do you connect the bd stealth cover wire to the power module box for edge juice

The Edge will connector to a 14 gauge red wire, supplied in the kit.

The stealth cover will not fix any vp 44 issues. it is designed to make a cleaner connection than tapping the pump wire.
Can I purchase the module separate from the VP44?

Yes , you can purchase the stealth cover separately. The PSG for the vp44 is a no. the PSG has to be calibrated with the pump.
If I am going to use the Quadzilla Adrenaline, is this a good attachment to VP 44

Yes, this will give you a better / safer connection ,than a posi-tap to the pump wire.
