New 1992-1999.5 Chevy/GMC 6.5L High Output water pump with gasket. Fits all 1992-1999.5 Chevy/GMC 6.5L diesel engines with Bolt on Pulley.

The OEM 6.5L waterpumps were rated at 80 GPH. This HO waterpump is rated at 130 GPH.

This helps combat the "hot spots" inside the heads by providing more flow through them.
