This cam is a great replacement for towing, street use, and mild race applications. This Stage 1 camshaft does not require any piston valve reliefs for installation.

    Cam designed to work with 6.6l Duramax from 2001-2016. Per Wagler

  • Does this cam improve performance like some other sites claim? I know it helps the crank break issue. Does this change the engine sound? How often do the lml crank shafts break?

    The cam will improve performance over a stock cam. LML crankshaft issues are not as frequent as the LLY.

  • Is this stage 1 wagler cam in stock. For LML 6.6 duramax. Other sites are saying national back ordered .
