2003-2007 5.9L CUMMINS High Flow Intake Bundle Kit Stage 2 Candy Teal, Upgrade your 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins equipped Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500's air intake plumbing with WCFab's Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Package. Fabricated from precision mandrel bent 14 gauge piping and CNC machined billet components in the USA, this kit includes a 4 in. Air Intake Kit (WCF100346), 3 in. hot side intercooler pipe (WCF100544), 3.5 in. cold side intercooler pipe with 3.5 in. upper intake manifold / horn (WCF100528) to help improve air flow and efficiency while addressing known weak points when pushing engine performance beyond stock power levels. Eliminates horsepower-robbing boost leaks caused by aging and failure prone OEM components that can leave you stranded. Cold side upgrade included in this kit is proven to improve air flow over stock components by 60% for improved turbo spool up, increased throttle response and decreased EGTs! Designed for compatibility with both stock and performance upgrade drop-in style Holset turbochargers and OEM style intercoolers. Saves $50 vs. purchasing all components individually. Kit Includes: WCF100544 - 3" Passenger Side Intercooler Pipe, WCF100528 - 3.5" Driver Side Intercooler Pipe and Intake Horn Kit, WCF100346 - 4" Intake Kit. 2003-2004 models only - The 3.5" intake horn in this kit is significantly larger than the stock piece it is replacing. The smooth radius bend on the new part requires the plastic shroud over the throttle assembly on earlier trucks to be trimmed for fitment.
