In addition to improved fuel flow, the FASS Titanium Signature Series lift pumps offer an advanced filtration method for your diesel fuel. Removing water, air and vapor in addition to debris with a filtration rating of 3 micron, far superior over your factory fuel filter. The added filtration will help improve your engines idle and extend the life of the injectors and injection pump.
The installation of a FASS Titanium Series on your GM Duramax diesel engine is beneficial for both modified and stock pickups. Our improved filtration process can help extend the life of your injection system, especially the injectors that are prone to failures.
Yes, it can be unplugged during the summer months. I run one on mine here in KY and when it is most beneficial is when it gets below freezing! IF you see any snow where you live, I would suggest it!

The difference between the flow rates is really just the added HP that they can provide fuel for. The 165 will work just fine on a bone stock application and will give you room to grow, it will flow enough fuel for roughly 800HP. Im not sure what you are referring to with “sub pump”. Duramax trucks don’t come with lift pumps until you reach the L5P models.

No, FASS does not void factory manufacturer warranties because our products meet their filter specifications.
After the installation of the Titanium series unit, our customers have reported 2-3 mpg increases for pickups and .4 mpg increases for Class 8. While this is an average, FASS does not guarantee fuel mileage increases.
FASS is continuously updating and changing our units to make them easier to install for the end user. As long as you take your time, read and follow the provided installation manual, installs can be completed by the end user.
