Thoroughbred Diesel's 7.3 injectors begin their quality control at core teardown. Each core is ultrasonic cleaned and fully inspected. Then, all solenoids and tested and checked for proper resistance. Once those components have passed quality inspection and testing, our injectors are assembled with the new components and clearances are set to better than OE specifications. Finally, we test stand each injector to a full range of RPMS and oil pressures to ensure that overall performance is better than the day they were new! With this kind of quality, these injectors have a 2 year, unlimited mileage warranty for your piece of mind!
