The Axle Assurance Kit is designed to strengthen the D30/D44 front axle found in the front of the Jeep JK before it is bent/broken from the abuses of large tires and off road use. The Inner Axle Sleeves provide a 59% increase in strength over the stock axle tubes by being machined to fit snugly inside, increasing the overall tube thickness. The Inner C Gussets are laser cut and CNC bent in a heavy duty 3-sided construction to reinforce the Inner C's in the two planes prone to bending. The Lower Control Arm Skids are also laser cut and CNC bent to provide a very rigid bracket protecting the lower control arms and axle mounts. The Inner Axle Seals are the finishing touch to assist in putting everything back together. We also recommend the installation of our HD Ball Joints at this time to further extend the life of the axle.

Notes:

• Inner Axle Sleeves are not compatible with Jeep JK Rubicon Recon models due to thicker axle tube housings.
• Inner C Gussets may need to be modified to fit Jeep JK Rubicon Recon models due to upgraded axle end forgings.
