ProMaxx 03-07 Ford 6.0L FOR85XN Replacement Cylinder Head

ProMaxx Performance has the answer for the epidemic of cracked Ford 6.0L heads. They have developed and designed this new cylinder head from the OE casting but improved the casting strength and thickness in all the crack prone areas. This is a direct bolt-on cast iron cylinder head that replaces your difficult to access fractured factory cylinder heads. The ProMaxx casting features hardened seats and true press-in guides instead of the ‘cut into’ like the factory ford head. This head is available as a fully machined bare casting or fully assembled and pressure checked to 60 psi!

The ProMaxx Performance Cylinder Heads are high quality replacements for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Built with thicker castings in crack prone areas, these heads undergo extensive testing and quality control to ensure that you receive the best product possible.

ProMaxx performs the following tests and procedures: All fuel rails are drilled and checked, All heads are push rod clearanced, glow plugs and injectors are test fit, all recession depths are checked, all heads are pressure tested, all holes are tapped including glow plug threads and each head gets an in-house valve job.

Sold individually as a complete cylinder head with valves, valve seals, springs, retainers and locks, these new castings are sold without a core charge and come ready to install.
