Shipping Locations

Thoroughbred Diesel ships all non-freight orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS within the United States and Canada.

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • Canada
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. territories

Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses
  • We do not ship to other international locations at this time

Orders placed outside of our supported shipping regions may be canceled and refunded.

Billing & Shipping Address Verification

To help prevent fraud, your billing address must match the billing address associated with your payment method.

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, we may request additional verification before processing your order. Verification documents can be emailed to us here.

Shipping Speeds & Processing Times

Standard Processing

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed:

  • After 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Thursday): typically process the next business day
  • After 3:00 PM EST Friday or on weekends: typically process the following Monday (or next business day during holidays)

Processing times may be longer for:

  • Backordered items
  • Special order items
  • Direct ship products
  • Out-of-stock items

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are based on:

  • Product availability
  • Warehouse location
  • Carrier transit times

Because inventory can change quickly, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options (Next Day Air, 2-Day, 3-Day) are available on eligible in-stock items.

Please note:

  • Expedited orders only move on business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Expedited shipping speeds are estimated transit times provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery services
  • Saturday delivery is not guaranteed
  • Oversized or overweight items may not qualify for expedited shipping

Orders placed after carrier cutoff times may ship the following business day.

Freight Shipments

Freight orders may require additional processing and transit time. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment before delivery can be completed.

Please note:

  • Lift gate service is not included unless requested before shipment
  • Oversized or freight-only items may not qualify for expedited shipping
  • APO/FPO military addresses are not supported for freight shipments
  • Freight deliveries require a scheduled delivery appointment

Free Shipping Promotions

Eligible orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping promotions:

  • Apply only to qualifying products
  • Exclude Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories
  • Do not apply to freight items unless specifically stated

Some products may qualify for Free Next Day Air shipping where noted on the product page, but are not available to Canadian customers.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to deliver orders quickly, delays can occur due to:

  • Weather
  • Carrier interruptions
  • Inventory shortages
  • Manufacturer delays
  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

Thoroughbred Diesel is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or unforeseen incidents.

APO/FPO Military Shipping

Thoroughbred Diesel cannot ship directly to APO or FPO military addresses.

Because we ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS carrier services, some products and shipment types are not eligible for direct APO/FPO delivery.

As an alternative, we recommend shipping your order to a valid U.S. street address, where it can then be forwarded overseas through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
