* Thoroughbred Diesel exclusively ships via UPS/Fed Ex/USPS on all orders considered non truck freight. We only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an International address not listed above, Thoroughbred Diesel reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

* In most cases Thoroughbred Diesel only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud your billing information must match the credit card you provide. If you want to ship to an address different from your billing address, we require a copy of your driver's license faxed (859-737-1865) or emailed to [email protected].

* Shipping Times

  • Most products ordered will ship within 1-2 business days. Some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items. Thoroughbred Diesel has numerous warehouses across the country allowing us to reach 90% of the U.S. within 2 days.
  • Orders received after 3pm EST, Monday thru Thursday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday and any order placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday unless it is a holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday. If your order qualifies for expedited shipping or Next Day Air delivery, please be aware of the order processing times previously listed. For example, if you order an item at 6pm on Monday and it has Free Next Day Air shipping, your order will be processed Tuesday and out for delivery on Wednesday. Saturday delivery is at the discretion of UPS; therefore, Saturday delivery is NOT guaranteed. Expedited shipping is only available on business days which are Monday thru Friday. Again, Saturday delivery is NOT guaranteed.
  • Non-stock, special order and out of stock items will take longer to be received. If you would like to check inventory or the estimated ship date please contact us toll-free at 859-737-4966.
  • Although we take great pride in delivering products quickly, we only guarantee product arrivals on expedited shipping for products that are in stock. Stock availability can change rapidly, especially during peak seasons or sales. If there is an issue with stock concerning your order, someone from our team will contact you.
  • Overweight items are not guaranteed for expedited shipping (NDA, 2nd Day, 3rd Day).
  • Thoroughbred Diesel is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or unforeseen incidents.

* Free Ground, Freight or Next Day Air Shipping

  • Free Ground or Next Day Air Shipping is available on specially marked products on Thoroughbreddiesel.com. This free shipping offer is good only to US addresses in the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This offer does not apply to truck freight items.
  • Specially marked items with Free Next Day Air shipping are not available to Canadian customers. Thoroughbred Diesel will ship any product listed with Free Next Day Air shipping UPS/Fed Ex Standard Ground free of charge.
  • Next Day Delivery applies to only items in stock, addresses within the 48 contiguous states and delivery will only occur Monday thru Friday. Saturday/Sunday delivery are EXCLUDED from next day shipping. For additional details regarding expedited shipping please read the items listed in the section above concerning Shipping Times.

  • Freight Orders do not include a Lift Gate.  If you require a lift gate, please contact us at 859-737-4966 prior to ordering.
  • If your item/items ship freight, you will be contacted by the Freight company to set up a delivery date and time.  Orders will not be delivered until a delivery date and time can be determined.

* Canadian customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

* APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address) – Thoroughbred Diesel cannot ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because we exclusively use UPS/Fed Ex/USPS for shipments and they do not allow shipments to these addresses. As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.
