Dieselsite's PMD Isolator System is a complete relocation kit that includes everything you need for the installation, including a new PMD module. The PMD Isolator System comes ready to bolt on, has a resistor pre-installed, and an extension harness to relocate it to the front of the vehicle. The PMD Module is pre-mounted to the heat sink plate and the extension harness is already plugged in and ready to go.

We see many imitators relocating the PMD from the pump to other places under the hood. This serves no purpose as the PMD is still subjected to the "under the hood" heat source- the engine. To add to that, the heat sink they mount to the "relocated" PMD does as much or more to absorb heat than remove it.

We move the PMD outside the engine compartment to receive wind to aid in cooling. We also use a thermally conductive adhesive bond between the PMD and the plate to also aid in heat transfer from the PMD through the plate. What many dont realize is the PMD itself produces enough heat to degrade the internals.

The PMD is weather sealed and protected from rain, ice, mud, and debris. It is backed by lifetime warranty to original purchaser.

Will not fit on the H1 setup.
