This is a full flow exhaust outlet without the Exhaust Backpressure Valve (EBV). Will fit all stock GTP38 Turbos from early 1999-2003 7.3L stock and Garrett GTP38R turbos with non-EBV pedestals.

High Flow outlet flange for the 1999-2003 7.3L SuperDuty without the Exhaust Backpressure Valve (EBV). Must use non EBV pedestals with this flange.

  • Is this non ebv outlet flange for early 1999 7.3 - a 2” outlet or a 3” outlet ? This ad says it’s for early 1999 7.3 to 2003. Here’s my question - early 99’s have a 2” outlet flange and 99.5 to 2003 has a 3” flange. This ad says it fits all of them ? What is the diameter of your outlet flange ?
