The Mel's Manufacturing 3" 2 piece downpipe will increase exhaust flow, which in turn will lower exhaust gas temperatures and give you a slight horsepower increase. These come with a flange at the bottom that bolts to your factory catalytic converter. If you don't have a cat, simply cut the flange off.
