Garrett's Turbo Mounting Pedestal for 1999.5-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L diesels. This Turbo Mounting Pedestal is a great addition when using Garrett's High Flow Outlet or a "gutted" stock outlet. This direct bolt-in replacement for the factory pedestal will eliminate leaks from the EBV actuator assembly and works with the factory turbo, the Garrett GTP38R Ball Bearing "drop in" turbo, the Turbonetics Ball Bearing "drop in" turbo and the Turbonetics/HTT/Gilette "Ball Buster" turbo.
