Carli Suspension Long Travel Airbags 2000-2005 Ford Excursion

Designed to seamlessly integrate to our Excursion Lift System, these bags are rated at 2000lbs each (at 100psi, max load) providing adjustability to any load while matching travel of the rear suspension. When deflated to their minimum working load of 5psi, these bags will not affect the performance or ride of the rear suspension, nor limit travel as with most short-travel, double-bellow bags.

This system includes everything needed to add rear load adjustability to your Carli Suspension Excursion lift system. It is NOT, however, recommended for any other manufacturer's suspension system as it utilizes the rear bump stop strike plate as the bag's lower mounting plate; this part is only included in the Carli Suspension System. Further, the travel of the bags is perfectly matched to only the Carli Excursion system.

The Long Travel Airbags come with all hardware, airline and valves needed to install them on a Carli Suspension equipped Excursion. A compressor system can be added so long as it runs a standard ¼" airline and controls the pressures of the bags individually. These bags should not be run on a single airline with a "T" junction!

NOTE: Ford Excursion Long travel airbags will ONLY work with the 3" rear lift! These cannot be used on a stock height truck!
