Product Details

Product Name: CNC Fabrication E40D 3/8 Inch Transmission Cooler Line Kit with 3/8 Inch Barbs - 94.5-97 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L
Manufacturer: CNC Fabrication
Manufacturer Part #: 425006
Thoroughbred Diesel Part #: CNC425006
Fitment Notes: 1994.5-1997 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L

Replace your rusted 94.5-97 E4OD 7.3L Ford Powerstroke transmissions lines with an upgraded CNC Fabrication stainless steel transmission cooler line kit with 3/8" barbs.

**If you have a 6.0L transmission cooler, they have 1/2" barbs, so you would need to order PN: 425016**

This kit is to replace your factory E4OD transmission cooler lines with 3/8" diameter lines for increased flow over the factory 5/16" lines.

CNC Fabrication E40D 3/8 Inch Transmission Cooler Line Kit with 3/8 Inch Barbs Features:

  • Fits 94.5 through 97 7.3L with the E4OD Transmission
  • Domestic 3/8" diameter 304 stainless steel tubing
  • Made In-House on our 3 axis CNC tubing bender
  • CNC Fabrication transmission case adapters to accept the larger diameter lines
  • Genuine Brennan fittings
  • Includes Powdercoated mounting bracket
  • Free shipping to the lower 48 states
  • For more information on CNC Fabrication call us at 1-859-737-4966

NOTE:

If you need transmission hose, we recommend the Gates brand as that hose works very well with PushLok barb fittings.

Please be mindful that these lines are one piece, 60" long, and there is a chance they may get slightly bent by the shipping company.  This tubing is extremely durable and can easily be bent back into shape.

If you have already installed a 6.0L Powerstroke transmission cooler with the 1/2" ports, then you will need to purchase adapters separately.

Not all trucks came with the transmission lines to the radiator, but if your does, then we recommend by-passing or removing the lines going to the bottom of the radiator. When the heat exchanger inside the radiator fails, it will send coolant into your transmission and will cause the transmission and torque converter to fail.  It is not year specific on whether Ford had the ports in the radiator as we have seen on many years of truck in the shop not have them.
