The HY35 Stealth STR 60 is an upgraded, drop-in, replacement turbo for the 12v and early 24v, 5.9L Cummins.  The turbo features a custom profile, 7-blade, billet wheel perfectly mapped to a modified compressor cover, and custom high-flow turbine inside of a tight 9cm housing. 

The Cummins Stealth STR 60 is an upgraded, drop-in, replacement turbo for the 1991.5-2002, 2nd generation 5.9L Cummins.

If you want street-able power for towing and daily driving out of a single turbo, this is your best option. This turbo works perfectly with stock, or near-stock injectors and high-pressure fuel pumps. It can even be installed with the stock transmission/clutch.
