BD Diesel’s exhaust manifold solves this with a thick-wall casting and slip-joint center section, allowing natural expansion and contraction to greatly reduce the risk of cracks.

Its divided Pulse Manifold design optimizes exhaust flow by harnessing the engine’s natural exhaust pulses for smoother operation and drivability. Fully emissions-compliant, the manifold also comes pre-drilled with an EGT probe port for easy monitoring.
