The Pureflow AirDog II-5G A7SABD528 DF-220-5G Air/Fuel Separation System is the latest and greatest in fuel delivery systems for your 1998.5-2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins 24 Valve. The 5G is designed to be the quietest, longest lasting, and most efficient lift pump system AirDog has to offer.

The 5G system features larger 3/4-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. A 7/16-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent to back to the tank. The 5G utilizes a diaphragm style fuel pressure regulator allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 PSI.

The AirDog II-5G demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine The 5G features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that reduces pump noise and improves reliability..A dual feed motor supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles that cause cavitation.
