Upgrade your 2003-2005 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke cylinder heads with the ProMaxx 9604 Aluminum Cylinder Head with O-Ring. With many years of testing, ProMaxx Aluminum Cylinder Heads have multiple advantages over the factory style cast heads such as increased flow, increased power, better cooling, and a weight reduction at over 42lbs less per cylinder head compared to stock. Starting with the bare casting, each head is manufactured from ultra-smooth 356 T-6 aluminum, the same proven material used in ProMaxx's famous racing heads. With multiple strength and design upgrades, these aluminum cylinder heads are solid behind the injector cups, have hardened seats and guides, and also have the strongest injector hold-down boss available.

An O-ringed head has been modified with a circular groove cut into the sealing surface. This groove is then filled with wire that protrudes slightly from the surface. When the head is installed, this wire pushes down on the factory gasket around the cylinder bore creating a stronger seal. This makes an O-ring head the perfect option for a mild to high performance build. ProMaxx Heads will come with the wire pre-installed.

Sold individually as a complete cylinder head with valves, valve seals, springs, retainers, and locks. This is a brand new casting with no core charge. 1-year warranty.
