They are designed for noticeable increases in power all while delivering fuel economy improvements of 1-2 MPG. The Truck Edition module controls Timing, Boost, Fuel and other vital engine parameters to optimize the combustion of the engine. Unlike some other modules that only add fuel, this module adds Timing to keep exhaust gas temperatures close to stock levels even with added power.

The adjustable four position switch allows you to adjust on-the-fly from Stock, +15HP, +30HP, or +45HP. There is no ECM flash required. Instead the module receives the data from the ECM and optimizes the signal to the engine to improve both power and fuel efficiency. True Plug-and-Play connectivity means you won’t need to cut or splice any wires. Just connect the Heavy Duty Truck Edition module into your existing factory connectors.

At the heart of the Truck Edition module is an embedded micro-controller that constantly monitors specific engine parameters, up to 100,000 measurements per second! It then utilizes the latest digital signal processing techniques to calculate new performance enhancing parameters and relay these to the engine’s control computer in real time, resulting in improved performance without re-flashing or modifying the engine’s programming in any way.

Agricultural Diesel Solutions Light Duty Truck Edition modules are easy to install and come with complete installation instructions with color photos. The module has a sealed design to protect against non-uniform temperature gradients, humidity, corrosion and vibration. Only electronic components meeting industrial temperature performance are incorporated. Electronic design methodologies, technologies, and materials are selected to achieve minimal susceptibility to voltage spikes and glitches induced by environmental electromagnetic interference and severe duty environments. All electrical connections between circuit boards, switches, and wire harnesses are directly soldered. This eliminates potential corrosion-induced high-impedance connections, like opens, shorts, and partial or intermittent connections. Electronics are potted in a slow-cure epoxy compound. All selector switches which are not potted are of an inherently sealed design.
