aFe BladeRunner Intercooler - 16-17 Nissan Titan XD 5.0L Cummins - 46-20281

This BladeRunner Intercooler represents the next generation of intercoolers. Designed specifically for the 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD V8-5.0L turbo diesel Cummins, this BladeRunner intercooler utilizes a 3" bar and plate core design. This design outflows the factory tube and fin core design, while the 3/16" TIG-Welded end tanks offer superior strength and durability. aFe has also added CNC machined vent tubes, which use a solid NPT plug for periodic draining of any type of build up inside the intercooler. Also included are four auxiliary 1/8" NPT sensor ports for the optional use of sensors or any type of injection.

End Tanks:
The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16'' TIG-Welded aluminum plates.

3" Bar and Plate Core Design:
The use of the bar and plate core design allows for greater airflow.

Billet Aluminum Inlet and Outlets:
This BladeRunner Intercooler uses 3" inlets and outlets for superior strength and durability.

TIG-Welded:
100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks.

1/8" NPT Accessory Ports:
Includes four 1/8" NPT ports to allow for the connection of optional pressure sensors or water-methanol injection.

Condensation Drain:
The intercooler includes a 1/8" NPT vent, which can be used to drain any type of build up from the intercooler.

Perfect Fit:
Utilizes the factory mounting locations for a hassle-free installation. Fits with aFe's intercooler tube upgrade kit only (Part Number: 46-20284-B)

1. This intercooler requires the use of aFe intercooler tubes (sold separately) to complete installation. Also available as a complete kit with intercooler tubes.
2. This intercooler is not CARB exempt at this time and is not legal for sale in California or use on vehicles registered with the California Department of Motor Vehicle.
