aFe is proud to announce new BladeRunner intercooler tubes for 2011-2015 Ford Diesel Trucks with the V8-6.7L (td) engine. In testing, the intercooler tube combo outflowed stock intercooler tubes by 32%, producing 8 horsepower and 21 torque. The BladeRunner intercooler tubes are available for both the hot and cold sides of the intercooler. These hot and the cold side tubes are constructed from mandrel bent 3" aluminum tubing for maximum flow. Both tubes are powder-coated wrinkle-black for heat and corrosion resistance. The smooth transition bends decrease turbulence, increasing horsepower and torque while reducing exhaust gas temperatures. The intercooler tube kits also include 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone couplings and high quality stainless steel spring loaded T-bolt clamps for strength, durability, and a leak-free seal. Also included are billet aluminum factory style quick connect adapters that works with the factory intercooler. To finish off the intercooler tubes, a unique laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is welded-on for an aggressive look.

Flow and Performance:
The intercooler tubes are constructed of 3" mandrel bent aluminum tubing for maximum flow then powder-coated wrinkle-black for heat and corrosion resistance. The smooth bends and larger diameter tubing allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's.

Installation is a snap:
Utilizes the factory mounting locations to provide stability for a hassle-free installation. Includes heavy-Duty 5-PLY couplings and high quality stainless steel spring loaded T-bolt clamps for strength. The tubes also come equipped with two billet aluminum factory style quick connect adapters that works with the OEM intercooler.

aFe Badging:
Unique laser-cut aFe Power logo plates are welded-on for an aggressive style.

Reinforced Silicone:
These coupler hose features 5-PLY reinforced high temperature material which meet or exceed SAEJ20 standard.

Allow for expansion, movement, and extreme vibration between two hard pipes while reducing the possibility of connections coming apart or having your hard pipes or other equipment break. This kit contains heavy-Duty 5-PLY couplings and high quality stainless steel spring loaded T-bolt clamps for strength.
