The OEM cast servo has steel sealing rings that do not seal well to the case and result in hydraulic leaks on 2nd and 3rd gear. The Billet 2nd Gear Servo from ATS is a 3 piece servo that incorporates multiple vison sealing rings that insure a perfect hydraulic seal that prevents any leaks. ATS also adds a bushing to the case that provides for a larger hydraulic apply surface that places a higher PSI on the band for a much stronger 2nd gear apply. This part can be replaced and up-Graded without removing the transmission.
