  • I'm thinking about making my own adapter for a fummins swap cause i want my starter on the drivers side instead of the passengers side because i need the room for compounds and down pipe my I going to try and retain my dodge starter and a dodge flex plate since it set up for a 12 valve my question is will the outer holes in this flexplate line up with an 08-10 6.4 8 lug converter thanks for your input

ATS torque convertors have 12 hole design. Should be able to line up.

  • Hello. I have a Dodge Ram 2005 5.9 diesel. I have a noise that sounds like it’s between the engine and transmission. The noise is louder at startup for about 10 seconds then quiets down some. How many bolts are supposed to be in the flex plate? I tightened up what I seen. The torque converter does not circulate round and true when running. It looks like it’s out of balance. Sound like a flex plate problem?? Thank you😀
