ARP Head Studs - 03-07 Ford 6.0L Powerstoke (Custom Age 625+) - 250-4205

ARP is the first to develop manufacturing and testing processes for fasteners with Custom Age 625+. This newly formulated super-alloy demonstrates superior fatigue cycle life, tensile strength and toughness - with complete resistance to atmospheric corrosion and oxidation.

ARP 250-4205 includes a set of twenty Custom Age 625+ head studs, twenty parallel ground washer, twenty 8740 chrome moly steel 12 point nuts and ten 8740 bolts and washers that secure the intake side of the head to the block. This kit also includes a 1/2 oz. pack of AP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant.

All Custom Age 625+ studs are centerless ground, heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining, and are nominally rater at 270,000 psi. These fasteners deliver a 40% increase in tensile strength over the OEM Torque to Yield (TTY) head bolts.
