Cognito 210-91025 CV Driveshaft (For 4-6" Lift) is a high-quality replacement when lifting your truck. This direct bolt in driveline features a 1310 series double cardan CV.
Designed for the 4-6 inch lift-Duramax or 4-12 inch lift-gas on a 2017-2019 Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500. Included in this kit is the Cognito Allison Transmission Bracket.
Note: Part 110-90278 Shift linkage relocation bracket is required if truck is equipped with six speed manual Allison transmission.
