Available options:

Ceramic/Kevlar
Utilizing two different buttons on the clutch disc these clutches are aimed at the moderate performance trucks. Driving manners are very good for everyday driving and towing. Take-offs are very smooth and offer a little more slip and forgiveness than the feramic/feramic and ceramic/ceramic clutches. While the holding power for the iron faced clutch is the same as for the organic/feramic faced, the main advantage is less wear on the flywheel and longer life. Pedal pressure is typically a little higher than factory pedal pressure depending on plate pressure(3400#, 3800#). Drive train and Hydraulic upgrades are not usually required. Some clutch rattle may be noticed while idling in neutral.
Ideally suited to trucks with moderate performance power modifications with 350-500HP.
(highly recommended for towing)

Ceramic/Ceramic
These clutches utilize two ceramic facings on the clutch disc and are aimed at the high performance trucks, these are the best of bad clutches. Driving manners are very performance oriented with no clutch slip, basically the clutch is in, or it is out. Great holding capacity for highly modified trucks, the only way you will get more holding power is to go to a Double Disc Clutch setup. Ceramic is a very hard material so typically flywheel wear is more noticeable using a ceramic clutch than with other materials. Pedal pressure is typically a little higher than factory pedal pressure depending on plate pressure(3200#, 3400#, 3800#). Drive train and Hydraulic upgrades are recommended. Some clutch rattle may be noticed while idling in neutral.
Ideally suited to trucks with high performance power modifications with 550-650HP.
(Not recommended for towing)

Feramic/Feramic
These clutches utilize two feramic facings on the clutch disc. While still giving very good driving manners, these clutches are definitely more "grabby" on take-offs than the two previous clutches mentioned. Using two feramic facings gives extra holding power ideally suited to modified trucks that do not tow heavy loads. Feramic/Feramic clutches are aimed more the performance diesel driver that wants an everyday driver but also wants to play more than work. Pedal pressure is typically the same or lower than factory pedal pressure. Drive train and Hydraulic upgrades are recommended.
Ideally suited to trucks with moderate power modifications with 450-550HP.
(Not recommended for heavy or frequent towing)

Organic/Feramic

Utilizing one organic and one feramic facing, these clutches offer very good driving manners for towing and everyday driving. The organic facing gives the slip required for smooth take-offs while the feramic facing gives a little extra holding power. This is also an ideal upgrade for a trucks without power modifications that tow heavy loads.
Pedal pressure is typically the same or lower than factory pedal pressure.
Ideally suited to trucks with minor power upgrades, typically up to 400-500HP.
(Great towing clutch).

Organic/Organic
Typically considered a "stock" clutch both in the way it feels, and in cost.
Aftermarket organic clutches are generally better than the OEM clutch you get from your dealer. This is due to the better quality materials used and the quality of the manufacturing process and QC. Some companies also offer higher plate loads as options to the standard plate thus giving the clutch better holding ability.
(Suited to trucks without power modifications).
