Unlimited Diesel Injectors with Custom Tuning for 1994-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L diesels. These injectors have the capability of producing improved power performance with the proper tuning and supporting Modifications. Unlimited Diesel Injectors are a great improvement over the stock injectors for Ford 7.3L diesels, where the stock injectors were only maxing out at 98cc's. Special Note on Cores: Your injector cores are due back within 30 days to be eligible to receive full credit. If your cores are returned back to Unlimited after 30 days the maximum core refund you will receive is $200.

• If you have an Early 99 truck and order performance injectors that require tuning, we have seen instances where those Early 99 trucks have drivability issues with tuning, and the only way to correct those issues is to convert the trucks PCM over to a Late 99 PCM.  If you have questions on this, give us a call before ordering.

This Hydra chips comes with custom tuning that only works for Unlimited Diesel Injectors.

Available options include Hydra Chip with custom tunning or a Reburn Current Power Hungry Hydra Chip with a custom tune

By default, the general programming of the chips are:

• Stock
• High idle
• Fuel economy
• Tow (standard or heavy, normal or high elevation)
• Aggressive street
• Extreme/race

Though for some PCM calibrations Unlimited Diesel may have light tow & heavy tow available.

Note: the more information you give us, the more tailored your tuning will be. (specifically note: "high altitude", heavy towing (above 10k lbs), or 'mixed use' with a bias toward towing, or bias toward 'hot street')

Note: If you have an Early 99 truck (DPC-402 or PCM Code XLE) you may experience shifting issues. We HIGHLY recommend switching to a Late 99-2000 PCM (DPC-422 or PCM Code NVK).
