ARP Harmonic Balancer Bolt Kit - 07.5-18 Dodge Cummins 6.7L - 147-2503

The ARP Dodge Cummins Balancer Bolt Kits are optimized for enhanced reliability and increased strength. Each ARP balancer bolt kit includes four (M12 x 1.25) 8740 Pro Series balancer bolts that are rated at 200,000 psi tensile strength, four 8740 parallel ground washers and a 1/2 oz. pack of ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant. ARP bolts are cold forged to ensure molecular integrity, heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining and designed to exceed the OEM fasteners in strength and durability. Optimum design, enhanced reliability and increased strength are the main attributes of ARP's Pro Series balancer bolt kits.

Harmonic Balancer Bolt - Installation Instructions:

1. Please check the part-number(s) for your application against the part-number(s) listed on the instruction sheet.
2. Clean and inspect all hardware prior to installation. Look for obvious defects or shipping damages, plus proper fit, length and dimension.
3. To ensure proper thread engagement and accurate torque readings, clean the threads in the end of the crankshaft. Chase if necessary with a Thread Chaser or Tap.
4. Lubricate the threads of the bolts, the underhead of the bolts and the front face of the balancer (where the washers contact the balancer) with ARP ULTRA-TORQUE FASTENER ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT Install the washers onto the bolts with the chamfered side facing the bolt head then install the bolts hand tight.
5. Tighten the balancer bolts to 90 ft-lbs using ARP ULTRA TORQUE FASTENER ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT
