Flex-A-Lite's extruded tube core technology increases the contact area between coolant and the aluminum tubes while also providing a flat surface to braze the cooling fins to, providing better heat rejection and cooling efficiency. A louver pattern is punched into the cooling fins to direct airflow, further improving this radiators cooling capability and heat rejection. With a 100-psi burst rating and reinforcement to the cooling tube to header connection, the Flex-A-Lite Extruded Tube Core Radiators are significantly stronger than competing aluminum radiators.
