This 2-piece exhaust manifold is manufactured from thick-walled high silicone ductile iron to resist warping. The two-piece design allows the manifold to expand and contract with the heat cycles without causing excess stress to the casting. This manifold is gasket matched and designed with 3D flow simulations to maximize exhaust flow.
