The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Terms & Conditions for Cores
Many stock replacement parts such as turbos, injectors, injection pumps, and high pressure oil pumps have a core charge that is associated with the new replacement part. You must return the old part to receive a refund on the core charge.
If you plan on returning your core you have two options.
Thoroughbred Diesel offers defer the upfront core charge when purchasing via credit card payment.
OPTION 1: You can accept the core charge, which means you will be charged for the part AND the core at time of purchase. You still have the option to send it back, and if you do, the core will be refunded back on the card used, presuming the core meets core criteria and the core is returned within 30 days from the time your order is received. If you return your core after 30 days you may refer to the Core Charge Timeline below as to how you will be refunded.

2004.5-2007 Common Rail 325HP5.9L 24 Valve CRRace1 30 LPM Honed Injectors 100HP The Industrial Injection 100hp / 25% Over Race 1 Injectors have been extrude honed and balanced to a perfect matching set injectors that flow 30LPM. The Race 1 100HP / 25% Over injectors can be run with a stock turbo but one of our Phatshaft turbos or our compound turbo setups is highly recommended to help reduce EGTs. We typically see a 1-3MPG increase in fuel economy. We balance the injectors to a tighter tolerance than the original manufacturer and have put a lot of time into making these the best injectors money can buy. All the injectors we build in house are built with BRAND NEW Factory OEM parts including the nozzles.
Features:
These injectors come with a new copper crush washer and o-rings for installation. Injectors are an OEM Genuine part that is a direct replacement injector. Each injector is individually tested on a state of the art Factory OEM test stand to ensure that they meet or exceed OEM specifications. Each test includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test. Each test cycle checks solenoid response time, back leak flow, and fuel delivery.
When replacing the injectors in your 5.9L Common Rail we highly recommend replacing the injector connecting tubes to avoid new injector contamination. The most common failure of new injector installations is contamination and the problem that we see most on these comes from the injector connecting tubes.
Note: It is recommended to replace connector tubes with any new injector install to help prevent any warranty issues. If replacing connector tubes Bosch (F00RJ01572, F00RJ01831) or Cummins (3979419, 5346206) connector tubes MUST be used. The use of any aftermarket connector tubes will VOID WARRANTY.

We recommend getting the better fuel supply pump first. Lack of fuel can damage these components.
