Hamilton Cams 12v War Head Valves 1.950" 45 degree intake valve, 1.850" 45 degree exhaust valve. Increase flow, increase swirl, increase power. These are the biggest valves you can run on an OEM 5.9l bore. Valve seat must be machined.
