TITAN
Extra Large Capacity Diesel Fuel Tanks
Anyone who travels or pulls a payload knows that factory-equipped
fuel tanks in diesel pickups limit range. End the headaches rolling
on miles. Save time. Improve range. Cut fuel costs. Fill up when you
want.
Bigger,
better, faster...
Now Gen 5 TITAN™
Tanks come in a new, improved “Super Series” for selected
applications. For most vehicles the “Super Series” tanks
are larger than ever before, they fill more quickly and represent
a new level in quality, features, and innovation.
A TITAN™ extra
large capacity fuel tank may more than double the range of the original
equipment tank. Now more than ever being 400 miles away from the
nearest fuel station is no worry!
How
Much Will a TITAN™ Tank Save Me in a Year?
This comparison only looks at the expected savings for those
who use their trucks for business and pleasure. It doesn't take
into account the convenience, safety, or efficiency that a TITAN
Tank offers.
On
a cost-basis alone, a TITAN Tank
will pay for itself within 1-3 years, depending
how you use your truck.

Installation
and Warranty
ALL TITAN TANKS are designed for ease of installation. TITAN
TANKS, are able to use the existing, "Factory Sending Units,"
and TITAN provides other parts including hoses and straps needed
to complete the install. Most shops charge $250-$300 to install
a Titan Fuel Tank.
TITAN DIESEL FUEL TANKS all come with the, "BEST WARANTY,"
in the REPLACEMENT TANK business -the TANKS, are replaceable
due to material and workmanship for up to Five (5) years/or
50,000 miles. TITAN replaces the TITAN TANK or any parts, but
the client is responsible for shipping and labor costs. TITAN
does ask that the, "WARRANTY FORM," with the TANK's
Serial number be mailed in so we can keep track of our exposure
within 60 days of purchase.
Strength of Titan Diesel Fuel Tanks
TITAN DIESEL FUEL TANKS are all made of, Cross-linked Polyethylene,
by the same folks that make the DIESEL FUEL TANK for the Abram
Battle Tank for the USA Department of Defense. The TITAN TANKS
are considered to be up to twenty (20) times more durable than
the original Factory Tanks.
The "TITAN PROTECTIVE SHIELD," is made of the same
cross-linked Polyethylene, or of XLHDPE material as the TITAN
TANKS. The "PROTECTIVE SHIELD," is really designed
for the serious off-road folks. Cross-linked Polyethylene is
very heat resistant - it is a space age material, so the cross-linked
Polyethylene TITAN DIESEL FUEL TANK is not a fire hazard nor
does the TITAN TANK react to heat from the tail pipes or other
hot equipment in the undercarriage.

Common
Questions from Potential Customers
Do TITAN
DIESEL FUEL TANKS cause problems with HITCHES? No! The TITAN TANK
does not get in the way of the, "DRAWTITE GOOSENECK, or any
REGULAR 5th WHEEL-IN-BED-HITCHES."
Are TITAN
TANKS noisier than the OEM TANKS? No! Generally speaking TITAN
TANKS are much quieter and certainly don't have the sloshing sound
of the metal tank competitor. Titan XLHDPE tanks will not amplify
road noise as metal tanks can.
Are the bigger
TITAN TANKS heavier that the OEM TANKS? Intering they are about
the same weight, maybe TITAN TANKS are a few pounds heavier, but
TITAN TANKS are about 130 lbs. lighter than our friendly metal
TANK Competitors.
