unit for your Duramax diesel features infinite adjustability and offers
incredible acceleration and top end power. The Duramaximizer works
in direct correlation with the PCM to develop an additional 100-horsepower
and 180-foot pounds of torque with the twist of a knob. Thanks to
the additional torque, there is a decreased need for higher engine
RPM while pulling a load, which gives you better fuel economy and
decreases engine wear. As an added level of confidence, the Duramaximizer
senses the load on the engine and adds fuel only when necessary; not
during idle and cruise like most other chips. This provides smoke
free operation and maintains exhaust gas temperatures within OEM tolerances.
In addition, you will experience excellent throttle response, without
sacrificing OEM reliability or increasing engine noise. There are
no internal or external modifications needed. This is truly a plug
?n? play module to enhance the performance of the 2001through early
2004 Duramax diesels. The Duramaximizer works with 2 or 4-wheel drive
models with the 5-speed and 6-speed Allison automatic or the 6-speed
manual transmission. Also, you do not have to worry about interference
from other electrical equipment because the Duramaximizer uses only
OEM connections with gold contacts, Delphi weatherproof seals, and
an original GM power controller, which seamlessly blends into the
factory panel.
This
is a professional kit with a two-year warranty, and Pacific Performance
has left no detail unrefined. The Duramaximizer comes with a new
OEM panel with the control knob installed (style depends on vehicle
accessories), all necessary hardware, and instructions for a trouble
