Shipping Information
All orders in stock
are shipped the same day, with the exception of holidays. Orders must
be placed and credit card verified by 3:00 pm Eastern Time. All orders
are shipped Ground Service by either UPS or Fed Ex, unless otherwise specified
by the customer. We do not charge handling fees! ThoroughbredDiesel.com
is only responsible for shipment, not delivery. We ship all merchandise
complete, properly packaged, and insured. Any damaged items, lost items,
or missing claims must be made with the carrier.

FREE SHIPPING offers at ThoroughbredDiesel.com include free UPS Ground
shipping in the lower continental USA or lower 48 states. For expedited
shipping methods please call us at 866-737-4966. Or if you want to go
ahead and place your order online and simply put in the special instructions
that you want next day or 2nd day air.
Plan Ahead! Save $$$ - Give your order plenty of time. Ground Service changes are 75% less than expedited delivery services.
Normal Ground Service - estimated regional delivery times:
Eastern - 1 to 3 business days.
East Coast - 2 to 4 business days.
Central - 2 to 4 business days.
Mountain - 4 to 6 business days.
West Coast - 5 to 7 business days
ThoroughbredDiesel.com attempts to manage its inventory levels to minimize back orders, but on occasion some merchandise will be out of stock or need to be special ordered, and will not be shipped with your order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. Unless otherwise cancelled by you, all backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible after they arrive in our distributor center. If you wish, you may instruct us to cancel all back orders or hold orders until complete.
Special OrdersSpecial orders or non-stocked items are non-returnable.
Canceled OrdersCancellations are not accepted through email, fax, or voice-mail message. You must speak directly to a technical sales representative to have your order cancellation confirmed. All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. Cancellation requests on items that have been shipped previous to the request are considered completed orders, and will be rejected. Some specialty items are not returnable/refundable/cancelable under any circumstances.
Any situation out of the control of ThoroughbredDiesel.com (weather, earthquakes, change of address, etc.) shall not subject orders to cancellation or return.
ReturnsThoroughbredDiesel.com will gladly accept returns under these guidelines:
- Unused, uninstalled items, or items determined to be defective, may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Some specialty items are not returnable, refundable, or cancelable under any circumstances. Customers will be notified before order is processed if item is considered a specialty item.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with a return or exchange.
- You must call ThoroughbredDiesel.com and have a sales representative approve your return and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- RMA numbers expire 30 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused.

Merchandise shipped from ThoroughbredDiesel.com to our customers is always complete, properly packaged, and insured. It is the customer's responsibility to see to it that any items returned to ThoroughbredDiesel.com is insured to protect the customer from loss. Any damage, loss or missing claims must be made with the carrier. Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered will not be "tracked down" and are not the responsibility of ThoroughbredDiesel.com
WarrantyDefective items under warranty may be returned for replacement.
All warranty packages must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number from Thoroughbred-Performance.com and be accompanied by a
copy of the original invoice. The customer is responsible for all freight
charges incurred with a warranty. All returns must be shipped to:
