The Diablo
Power Puck was created with one thing in mind, POWER! The
additional power that is generated by the PowerPuck makes
itself noticeable immediately with an increase in power that
starts in the low RPMs and builds into a frenzy at high RPMs.
The PowerPuck remaps the fuel delivery of the diesel injection
pump and advances the injection timing curve.

pump and is programmed to never exceed factory limits
The
rotary VP44 injection pump in the 24v is a preset electronic
limit, and the Power Puck will never exceed that

Follow
the Steps Below to install your Diablo Sport Power Puck - No
Tools Required
STEP
1 - Engine must be off and key removed from ignition.
STEP
2 - Locate the injection pump connector.
STEP 3 - Remove pump connector
by sliding the connector clip.
STEP
4 - Identify male and female ends on the DiabloSport
PowerPuck.
STEP
5 - Connect the DiabloSport PowerPuck male cable end
to the factory harness end.
STEP
6 - Make sure that the interlock connector is open
completely.
STEP
7 - Connect the DiabloSport PowerPuck female cable
end to the Diesel Injection pump
STEP
8 - Make sure that the interlock connector closes completely
STEP
9 - The PowerPuck will find its home on top of the
fuse box cover. Clean the top of the fuse box with the alcohol
pad provided. Wait till the alcohol dissipates.
STEP
10 - Carefully peel off the Velcro protective film
and firmly affix the PowerPuck in place. Let it dry for 24 hours
before removing Puck.
