Dog Injector Nozzle holes have tighter tolerances than OEM nozzle
holes ensuring optimal fuel flow into the cylinder.
We carry two different sizes of injector nozzles for the Volkswagen:
205 and 216; the 205 nozzle will add around 15 hp and the 216 will
add 25 hp. Note that automatic transmission cars have a larger injection
pump than do the standard transmission cars, and will therefore have
higher horsepower yields with the addition of these injectors. The
216 size injectors can over fuel, causing a little black smoke to
escape the tail pipe. This injector size is recommended primarily
for racing.
