With the Bully Dog Torque Dog Module you will receive dramatic horsepower and torque increases in minimal installation time. The Torque Dog is a module that easily plugs into the injection pump or into the port link boost sensor depending on the type of vehicle you own.

The Torque Dog is a module that simply plugs into the engine’s data port link and boost sensor. The Torque Dog for the 1998.5 - 02 models is now adjustable on-the-fly with a Stock, 30 and 65 additional horsepower settings. Bully Dog is the only manufacturer to offer this combination with a simple plug-in performance module.

The fully adjustable Torque Dog is designed exclusively for the ‘98-’’05 Dodge pickups equipped with a Dodge Common Rail Cummins diesel engine. The adjustable Torque Dog performance module offers 3 horsepower/torque settings: stock, an increase of 50 hp and 105 lbs.-ft. of torque, or an increase of 90 hp and 190 lbs.-ft. of torque for proven maximum gain. The adjustable Torque Dog is a simple 20-30 minute installation. With on-the-fly adjustability, nothing beats the adjustable Torque Dog.

Easy Installation
The Adjustable Torque Dog is simple to install with most installs taking about 20-30 minutes.

Step # 1 - The injector pump connector is located on the driver's side of the Cummins power plant and is easily identifiable by matching up the female cable connector with the same style connector at the injector pump.

Step # 2 - Once you identified the injector pump and the female cable connector, remove the pump connector by sliding the connector clip. We discovered that it doesn't slide very easily, of course, it was covered with dirt and dust from the roads and beaches of Baja, but with a little coaxing, it slid right out.

Step # 3 - Identify the male and female ends on the Torque Dog.

Step # 4 - Connect the Torque Dog male cable connector to the factory harness end.

Step # 5 - Make sure that the interlock connector is open completely.

Step # 6 - Connect the Torque Dog female cable connector to the Diesel Injection Pump.

Step # 7 - Make sure that the interlock connector closes completely.

Step # 8 - Route the Torque Dog and wiring loom from the Injector Pump to the top of the fuse box, located against the driver's side front quarter panel, and that will be it's new home. We cleaned off the top of the fuse box and then wiped it down with the alcohol pad provided by Bully Dog, allowing the alcohol to dissipate.

Step # 9 - Peel of the Velcro protective film and firmly place the Torque Dog in place.
