The BD Turbo Guard is one of the nicest units on the market. The
body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum
alloys. It features the one of the largest dump valves at a whopping
1.98"/50.5mm which gives you the highest flow in the industry.
A V-Band clamping system allows easy installation and removal.
The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place
to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling
out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodize
coated for wear resistance.

High-horsepower diesel trucks equipped with aftermarket turbochargers
will typically display surge characteristics that can cause severe
turbocharger failures. BD Diesel's Turbo Guards can prevent this surging.

different custom settings that are tuned to your application, including

is used to activate the Turbo Guards, which results in a fully dynamically
controlled blow-off valve. TPS/APPS-equipped, automatic, and standard
trucks can benefit from these units. Toggle switches and microswitches
