BD now offers
Brand NEW Powerstroke injectors that are manufacturered to Ford,
Caterpillar and Navistar specifications. Only new current production
has tungsten coated plungers that prevents any sticking and increase
the injector life.
They test as
new and perform as only a new part built to high quality standards
can.
Warranty is
2 Years on the parts and one year labor coverage.
Core charges
do apply but are credited 100% on prompt return.
BD's rebuilt
injectors are tested and verified electronically and then mechanically
calibrated in matched sets. The injector is checked for fuel flow
at different levels to duplicate idle, mid and high engine rpm and
load. The Nozzle spray pattern is inspected and the release pressure
is set. Matting surfaces are lapped to ensure no leakage occurs
within the body.
The XXX Pulse
injectors add 80 more rear wheel Hp. When using these high performance
injectors we suggest a X Power chip with special engine tuning be
installed to adjust the time of injection that insures a good clean
fuel burn as well as good operating temperatures. A new High flow
quick responce turbo is also required.
Any year PowerStroke
cores will be accepted. Fire damaged units will result in the core
being rejected.
