Turbo kits are engineered, designed, tested and constructed at ATS
to ensure the highest quality of form and construction for the ultimate
in turbo technology.
Aurora Turbo
kits are true "Bolt On" kits that can be ordered with
any Aurora turbo for a solid increase in horsepower, lower EGTs
and increased fuel economy. Custom engineered pedestals, pipes and
hoses create perfect alignment, so no welding or modifications are
ever needed. Custom intake systems and intake pipes have been designed
to fit snugly into the engine compartment, using factory mounting
points to provide maximum air intake. ATS's electronic circuitry
interprets communication between the factory computer and the turbo
for optimal performance.

Aurora 3000 Turbo Kit, 1998.5 to 2002 Dodge 24-Valve 5.9L Cummins,

The Aurora 3000 is quick-response, high-pressure ratio turbo systems,
intended for everyday driving and heavy towing. When towing extreme
loads with a stock turbocharger, the turbo often can't keep up, causing
extreme exhaust temperatures. The Aurora 3000 provides the necessary
airflow to your Dodge Cummins® engine to ensure reliability, while
maintaining low EGTs.
All Aurora 3000 compressor
and turbine housings are designed to fit perfectly when replacing
your stock turbo. ATS housings are designed and manufactured in-house
for the best performance and reliability.

A combination of the
Aurora 3000 and 5000 turbo systems, the ATS Aurora Compound Turbo
is designed for a twin compound configuration. Each turbo complements
the other's performance, providing quick spool-up and delivering
massive power. Using the existing Dodge Cummins® factory components,
the compound turbo installs easily and without interference. There
are no welded flanges or pipes with ATS cast components. The custom-designed
internal waste gate allows the large turbo to be securely mounted
and centerlined with the factory exhaust. You don't need additional
equipment or components to use this system.
Aurora 4000 Turbo Kit, Fits 24-Valve Dodge, 98.5-02 Cummins. Complete
with all hardware NEW! Comes with a four-inch down pipe. One of our
most popular turbochargers, the Aurora 4000 turbo system is the perfect
solution when looking for a turbo for your Dodge Cummins® diesel
truck that provides solid power, and can still easily be driven every
day. You get a moderate spool-up time, solid midrange power and boost
pressures up to 48 PSI. And there is no need for head studs with this
turbo.

with all hardware, 4-inch down pipe, 5 to 4-inch intake tube and 3.5-inch
compressor discharge pipe, Boost levels of 70 PSI are possible with
this turbo. NOTE: Recommended use of head studs with this turbo kit.
The ATS turbo kit for your Dodge Cummins® comes with the powerful
Aurora 5000 turbo for competition and street performance. You get
great response, more horsepower, increased airflow and higher boost,
all with lower EGTs than your stock turbo. Features a custom designed
pedestal, cast in our foundry to ensure the perfect fit and function.
5-inch compressor intake. Capable of boost levels over 60 PSI. Moderate
spool up time. Single turbo capable of producing power levels up to
750 on diesel fuel alone. 2.8' inducers, legal for most race classes.
Head studs are recommended whenever you are generating over 45 lbs
of boost and are a definite must with this turbo.
