Product Details

Product Name: Factory Replacement Raptor Pump FRRP-100
Manufacturer: Airdog
Manufacturer Part #: R3SBD100
Thoroughbred Diesel Part #: PFTR3SBD100
Fitment Notes: 1998.5-2002 Dodge Cummins

The AirDog FRRP system for 1998.5-2002 Dodge Cummins VP44 trucks. It is the same great quality of our regular AirDog Raptor but mounts to the factory bracket on a 98.5-02 Dodge 5.9L for very quick and easy installation. It is a 100 gph pump that is capable of handling after market items as well without issue with a pressure regulator to adjust things accordingly. It is built to accept the factory style banjo fitting on the inlet side and an upgraded output line is provided in the kit.

Pureflow AirDog Raptor Dodge factory replacement lift pumps feed your stock or modified Cummins engine the fuel it needs to satisfy its hunger for power! These direct-swap premium fuel pumps feature adjustable pressure regulators and fit the factory position for easy tuning and installation--probably in less than 30 minutes. With upgraded 1/2 in. lines, they deliver 100 gph--that's approximately a 30 gph improvement and enough to support your aftermarket programmer! When your Dodge's stock lift pump fails, or your Cummins just needs to flow more fuel, choose factory replacement lift pumps from Pureflow AirDog.

This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) Factory Replacement Raptor Pump (FRRP) for the 1998.5-2002 Dodge Cummins block mounted fuel pump. The factory fuel pumps were not known for reliability and that is where the FRRP steps in. This fuel pump mounts to the factory bracket on the side of the engine block, utilizes the factory suction line, and connects to the factory fuel filter housing for the feed. Check out our installation manual for a list of parts and installation procedures to check if this is the pump for you.

The Airdog Factory Replacement Raptor Pump is a direct replacement for VP44 Dodge pick-up trucks (1998.5-2002). All FRRP lift pumps use some OEM parts.

The FRRP100 supports up to 500 horsepower, provides flow rates of 100gph and includes new fittings and fuel line from the lift pump to the injection pump.

FRRP150 supports up to 800 HP with the big line kit and fittings to provide a higher volume of fuel to the injection pump.
