Product Details

Product Name: Race High Flow Exhaust Manifold w/Up-pipes
Manufacturer: PPE
Application: 2001-2014 GM Duramax

  • Cast hi-sil moly iron high flow manifold construction
  • Significant reduction in drive pressures
  • Free flowing Stainless Steel Inner Liner Bellows
  • Stainless Steel 11-gauge .120-inch wall diameter Up-Pipes
  • Built in bosses, pre-drilled and tapped 1/8" NPT for EGT gauge sensor

Replacing your stock Manifold and Up-Pipes should be your first step in building a high performance exhaust system. These exhaust manifolds were co-designed by Honeywell (Garrett) and PPE using CAD software to maximize flow characteristics. The up-pipe bellows are high flow, internally sleeved and aircraft grade! The PPE high flow exhaust manifolds and up-pipes lower EGTs, reduce drive pressure, and accelerate turbo spool-up while maintaining reliability. Perfect for upgraded turbo systems and nitrous equipped trucks with high EGTs. Also improves performance and fuel economy of engines with upgraded air/fuel systems.

Factory manufacturing process leaves the Up-Pipe bellows’ inside liner significantly undersized and deformed causing excessive restriction. PPE's bellows are larger in diameter by 37% providing increased flow.

2011 Duramax LTZ

Picked up this set from Thoroughbred and all i can say is WOW! The truck is running EFI Live Autocal and the truck runs so smooth now that it can actually breathe. Stock exhaust manifolds are smashed down on driver side due to steering clearance. However these do fit in no problem if you remove the steering shaft. If you don't you will fight it. It is a time consuming task to install these but i would highly recommend investing in these if you are trying to delete your egr and you want more air flow. I would also recommend the ppe 3" downpipe for it also. it makes a world of difference.
