These turbochargers are stock turbo's from Garrett, for the Ford Powerstroke diesels. All stock Garrett turbo's purchased from Thoroughbred Diesel are brand new turbochargers still in the unopened packaging. These turbo's would be the same turbo you would receive at the Ford dealership if you needed a replacement turbo for your Ford Powerstroke Diesel.
